Chocolate roll

Some words:

Just tell me how many times we feel like we need to eat something sweet but

we have nothing in the house, or we get a call that friends are coming by the evening.

This desert for us Greeks is the desert of an emergency but still delicious.

Ingredients:

ΜΙΧ Νο 1

400 gr chocolate (couverture)

110 gr buter

MIX No 2

15 gr almonds or hazelnuts or nuts in small pieces

150 gr biscuits (Petit beurre type) crushed

40 gr icing sugar

 Execution:

1. We put in a mixing bowl all ingredients from mix 2

2. We melt in bain marie (steam) the mix 1 and we add it in the mixing ball

We take a big piece of cling film and we put our mix on it. We roll it, secure the end

and give a loaf shape. Put it in the frige for about 4 hours.

Secrets of success:

If you need to have it ready earlier you simply cover the roll with the cling film, in aluminium 

foil and leave it for 45 minutes aprox. in your freezer.
