Dough for home made bread

Some words: We probably dont eat everyday bread with our meal but nevertheless some times

as a treat we would like to have some. This is a beautifull tasty recipe for home made bread.

It is really so easy to make a special treat for your family or when you have some friends

coming over for diner.

Ingredients:

400 gr wheat or wholegrain flower (or both from 200gr each)

160 gr yeast (dry or fresh)

1 cup lukewarm water

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp vinegar (white)

4 tbsp olive oil

Execution:

1. In a mixing bowl we put the flower, the salt, the sugar the vinegar and the oil. In a 

 cup of lukewarm water we melt the yeast and we add to the flower. We mix them all   

and we knead for at least 15 minutes. Our dough is ready when it doesn stick at the sides 

of the bowl.

2. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in warm place to double its size for about 2 hours.

Put on a baking tray a piece of non stick baking paper and place the dough in the midle after you knead

for one minute and give a shape of a loaf . We wet our hands with runing water and we put it all over the loaf.

Then we leave it in warm place for another 45 minutes and we bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C 

until we see that our loaf has become golden brown. Must be about 45 minutes or more because 

depence on your oven.
