Mushroom soup full of taste

Some words:

Mushrooms is something that most of the people like. So they are not only

tasty, but healthy as well. They contain many proteins and only a few calories.

We can use them many ways but we can also have a superb soup, a very 

easy and healthy dish.

Ingredients:

500 gr mushrooms cut in small pieces

3-4 spring onions cut in small pieces

1 small dry onion cut in small pieces

4 tbsp olive oil

1 small potato grated

1/3 cup of white dry wine

1 cup milk

2 cups water

salt,pepper

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp nutmeg (powder)

Execution:

1. In a pot we put the oil and we add the onions to fry them until they are soft

We add the mushrooms, stir and when we see their liquid we turn the heat down and we add

salt, peper,sugar. We stir well, add the wine again stir and let in low heat to boil for about 7 minutes

2. We add the grated potato, the water and the nutmeg. Cover and boil for about 20 minutes.

Taste if they are soft we add the milk, stir and boil for another 5 minutes. 

By now we have a thick, healthy and realy tasty soup.
